We marked our eighth birthday this week and we certainly have a lot to celebrate this year.
Not only have we helped our customers take back control of their processes, productivity, and communication, but we also grew our team and achieved a 29% growth in revenue.
We’ve come a long way since our Managing Director Gavin Nixon launched the business in 2016, including moving to our swanky new headquarters in a renovated church last year – we can’t believe we’ve been here a year already!
Our team has settled into the new office while completing the finishing touches, including a pool/table tennis table. We welcome a bit of friendly competition here, and it’s great to have a dedicated recreation area.
In the earlier days of the business, we achieved Microsoft’s previous Silver and Gold Partner competencies, and more recently, the Solutions Partner Designations in Business Applications and Modern Work under the newer Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Programme. We also gained the Low Code Application Development specialisation after our team demonstrated excellence with popular programmes like Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
This year saw us relaunch the customer care programme for account management calls, and we received extremely positive feedback from our very first customer satisfaction survey, where customers told us that we go “above and beyond expectations”, with an overall score of 4.5 out of 5.
In terms of wider business growth, we achieved a 29% growth in revenue this financial year compared with the last, we recruited a new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Consultant, Peter Thrussell, and we’ve also welcomed back Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Support Analyst, Kaylin Gillman, after she returned from maternity leave this month.

It’s been fantastic to see the team continue to excel, the business grow further, and to see all the great comments from customers this year. We’ve achieved exactly what I set out to do and I couldn’t be prouder.”
