New promotional offers have been announced that reduce the cost of adding Audio Conferencing and Business Voice to Microsoft 365.

What are the offers?
There are three new offers, designed to encourage the use of Microsoft Teams for meetings and audio conferencing:
- From October 1st, 2020, to March 31st, 2021, customers can add Microsoft 365 conferencing to their subscription free for 12 months.
- From November 1st, 2020, to April 30th, 2021, Microsoft 365 Business Voice with Calling is subject to a 25% discount for 12 months.
- From November 1st, 2020, to April 30th, 2021, Microsoft 365 Business Voice without Calling is subject to a 33% discount for 12 months.
What is Microsoft 365 Business Voice?
Microsoft 365 Business Voice is a modern cloud-based telephony solution in Microsoft Teams, bringing together calling, chat, and meetings into a single application. It provides an enterprise-grade phone system, built-in audio conferencing and allows you to migrate your existing business phone numbers.
Who is eligible for the offer?
The promotions are available to:
- A new Microsoft 365 tenant
- An existing Microsoft 365 tenant without Audio Conferencing or Business Voice subscriptions
- An existing Microsoft 365 tenant with Audio Conferencing or Business Voice subscriptions that wants to buy new seats during the promotional period
- An existing Microsoft 365 tenant with Audio Conferencing or Business Voice subscriptions that comes up for renewal during the promotional period
How many licences can be purchased via the promotion?
- There is no limit for the Audio Conferencing promotion. However, as there is a 300-licence limit for the Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium, a customer with SMB subscriptions will not be able to add more than 300 seats of Audio Conferencing.
- There is a 300-licence limit for the Business Voice promotion.
