To help shape the company’s future and assist our new Head of Customer Success & Projects, Strategy 365 have produced a customer satisfaction survey to gather important feedback.
Strategy 365 are excited to announce that John Dono will soon be joining the team and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. John will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement phases of their Microsoft business applications journeys.
In order to give John a better understanding of Strategy 365’s varied client base, the new survey has been designed to evaluate satisfaction levels across all aspects of its service delivery. This will enable John to identify areas of focus so that he can make an immediate impact when he starts in September.
We would kindly ask that all Strategy 365 clients complete the survey which can be found by following this link.
